They agreed to supply and manufacture eps foam insulation to my specifications, some was cut correctly others were not, they shipped only half the order and charged me freight for a full truck load.
Shipped damaged insulation and salesman Matt said would be compensated and has not compensated or replaced damaged insulation.
Received a text that they will not complete remainder of order and will not accept the product produced. The placed order requires all components of materials .
Called there office and left a message for president of company ( Jason Unruh ) , to call and discuss a resolution , No call back from Unruh, call the office and no one answers the telephone.
