Great customer service. Always returns your phone calls. They were unable to make it the first day but they made sure we were moved the first thing the next day

Me and my husband hired this company to move us. They scheduled our move time for 5pm to 8:00pm on a Saturday. We agreed to this however we did inform them that this is the night before we loose possession of our suite. They said no problem. The night before they called back and changed our time to 8:00am. We said that is fine as long as it is picked up on Saturday. They then showed up on Saturday at 8:00am but did not take our stuff. Instead they told us they will be back at 8:00pm to pick our stuff up for it could be in the back of the truck. Of course 8:00pm comes and no one shows up. My husband calls and they give us a story that the trucks are full and they can not come get our stuff tonight! Now we are stuck trying to move out tomorrow before we lose possession of our suite. I would never recommend this moving company. If they are this bad with their customer service how do they treat the items while in storage?
