Contracted this company to move my family from Vancouver Island to Central Alberta. Charged me more than twice what they quoted, Many of my belongings were broken, and many more missing. Water damage and mice living in my boxes. Tried to negotiate a more realistic price with them, got told if I wanted a better price, I would not be able to claim for damages. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
UPDATE: Just received an email from the Office Manager Eric threatening to sue me if I do not remove this review!

When we did your pick up we put everything on the inventory list. You know your shipment conditions better than us. When we brought your shipment to Alberta and tried to delivery, you said that you don't have enough money for pay full your balance. Your shipment sitting in our warehouse how many months? 9 months?You didn't pay any cent to us. Is that correct? I have all your e-mails, you said that you don't have enough money for get your shipment and ask help. We talked many times. After that our company decided to help you because you have a family.

Again TWO THOUSANDS EIGHT HUNDREDS EIGHTY THREE dollars you got discount. And we stated that this is Final Claim Discount. $2883.00 Dollars you got discount and we did your delivery June 10th,2014. After delivery it's very clear that you have 10 days to notice us about any damaged items. You didn't say anything. Now after 2 months you try to make money from us. This is not way to make money from moving companies.WHY WE ARE WORST MOVING COMPANY: The reason of we gave you $2883.00 discount and helped your family?
