When we lived in Cambridge we had Mike install a water softener for us and he was fantastic. When we moved away, we did get quotes from companies near us bjt none of them gave us the pricing and friendliness that Mike did so we called and asked if he was willing to travel a little. Lisa called back and they were willing to come out quite quickly. They both came and did a great job. Very informative, great conversation and had us all hooked up and running in no time. Afterwards Lisa sent an email stating exactly what filters were needed and when to change them. They were amazing once again.

My skin started to itch when I moved to Brantford at the beginning of 2022, and I thought I could be allergic to the body wash I was using. I also noticed that water stains were starting to accumulate on my shower doors, faucets, shower heads, dishes, and other surfaces.
I began my online investigation regarding Brantford city water (because I'm an educated person) and found that hard water can cause these occurrences, and that water softening is the best way to prevent them.

I contacted a few water softener companies, including Purisoft, and spoke with Mike, who gave me more information on water softeners and water treatment. Compared to the other water softener experts I spoke with, Mike gave me the impression that he was a professor, explaining how water softeners work and how hard water can harm my appliances, water pipes, and other things.

I was so impressed by the useful information that I authorized Mike to install my 30K Chlora-A-Soft water softener (made by Excalibur) and 4 stage reverse osmosis system (GRO) the same day. Mike did not demand a deposit or an advance commitment to sign off. Price is competitive when compared to rivals.

Even without adding salt to the tank yet, I noticed a change in the water the very first night after the equipment was installed.

I'm pleased with the products and Mike's suggestions. If you're a homeowner looking for a superb water softener with great service, please don't even consider to call two or three companies; just deal with Purisoft.

We were looking for a company to replace our water softener and add a new RO system. There are a lot of big companies in town, but we wanted to work with a smaller scale service that is trustworthy and honest (e.g., does not engage in upselling). I am very glad to have found Purisoft. Mike is the owner, and he spent at least 45 minutes on the phone with me discussing our particular water situation and explaining their available options. He then visited our home to assess the situation and spend another hour explaining everything in detail. The installation was quick, clean and professional. Lisa, who deals with scheduling and invoices, was quick to reach. This is exactly the kind of experiences I was looking for, that I don't think you can easily get elsewhere. I needed to replace my water softener after the old one broke. Called a few places, Purisoft stood out right away: clear and helpful explanations by Lisa, who picked up the phone, a reasonable price and a reasonable wait time for the installation appointment. Mike, who performed the installation, produced a very good impression as well: he clearly likes what he is doing, gives detailed explanations and is enthusiastic about the products he installs. The softener is working as it's supposed to so far, that's all I can say about it for now, since it's just been installed. But the experience with Purisoft was great, I can certainly recommend them.
