Tried to get us to sign a waiver that if they damaged our home they would not be liable, BEWARE!!!
BUYER AND HOME OWNER BEWARE!!!!!!! Spoke to the service manager George. After expressing our concerns over their technician coming onsite unprepared to complete the repair of our brand new JennAir appliance, unprofessionalism thus far from the technicians, and the concerns of the care to our property given the level of service thus far he told us that he needed us to sign a liability waiver releasing them on any liability on damage they may cause to our kitchen and property. I don't even know where to start with this.I am blown away that JennAir would send their customers to this place. They can't seem to stand by their work or the safety of our home. Its crazy! Needless to say, we are on the phone with JennAir regarding this.
Additionally, George said he would be speaking to his boss, the owner. I said ok and asked what his name was and his response to me was "his name is the boss. I am releasing that information and he will not be calling you back."
