Team One Home Inspections

I bought a commercial property in Hamilton and through my agent, I hired team one home inspector. The guy showed up with a tool box. He walked through my property for 20-30 minutes. He never bothered to open his tool box to conduct any inspection. I do not understand why bother to carry a tool box if you are not going to use it.
When I read his inspection report, it stated that the inspector could visually see 50% of the property. His useless report cost me $650 dollars. Please please, do not hire this company to do your home inspection. I am extremely disappointed with their service. Not trust worthy, not professional. waste of your money and time. I am sickened that there are these people type of people who charge a lots of money and give nothing for return. Zero out of 10. that is my review.

These guys are very thorough and approachable. They arrived on time, listened to our areas of concern then reviewed the entire house, giving lots of feedback along the way. The report was well put together and easy to follow.

The guys were friendly and knowledgable. They arrived on time with handshake and smiles and explained the process so we would know what was happening when. They answered all of our questions throughout the inspection and we felt all of our needs were met. The home inspection write up was great, easy to understand, very detailed with photos and tips for maintenance, we would absolutely recommend an use again.
