I had sewage smell from my basement, clogged basement toilet and shower drain as a result of a cracked clay pipe that needed to be replaced. Vitaliy responded quickly and was ready to send someone the night I contacted Master Drain. This ended up being an emergency repair which the team completed on a holiday. I can now rest easy without the risk of the clay pipe collapsing and causing a flood of sewage water in my basement thanks to Master Drain.
