Master Drain & Water Works

My neighbour and I both had floods in our basements after the heavy rain in Toronto last Thursday. I phoned Vitaliy from "Master Drain & Water Works" since his company was recommended to me by another neighbour. Vitaliy came to assess the premises on the same day and was very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He explained our options, the procedure required, and gave me a reasonable quote. The work included removing the cement steps in front of the house, doing extensive excavation and replacing the sewage trap. On the following day, he and his crew arrived early and worked diligently for three days. Both my neighbour and I were impressed by how quickly and efficiently the work was carried out. The nature of the work required a lot of excavation and it was hard to believe that our two front yards would ever look the same after that. However, the premises were clean and immaculate afterwards. Vitaliy was always available to answer additional questions regarding the tree root intrusion that caused our problem, drains and plumbing in general, and I greatly appreciate his professional manner, knowledge and expertise. After the stress of dealing with the flood and all the damage that it caused, it was a relief to have this work done by "Master Drain & Water Works" in such stress-free manner. I plan to have an annual video camera inspection done regularly by this company and I highly recommend their services!
