It was a pleasure to work with Vitaliy. He and his team replaced the water service pipe to my home which was lead and a garden hose pipe. All the work was done in a day and they cleaned up as well. I would definitely recommend Vitaliy for any other plumbing job in the future.

My 4 year old son accidentally dropped his favourite bunny stuffy down a clean out drain on his school lawn. 5 reputable plumbers told me it would be absolutely impossible to retrieve. Fortunately I called Master Drain - Vitaliy and his team to the rescue - the stuffed animal was retrieved from 42 feet below (!!!!) A VERY relieved kid - and mom!

I had sewage smell from my basement, clogged basement toilet and shower drain as a result of a cracked clay pipe that needed to be replaced.
