Dear Husein, I honestly do not know how to respond to this review. To all of them. Because was not one, but several!
Here is the truth the way I remember.
We started the work at the end of December 2014. After we completed the project and before you paid us, you and I inspected the job and we were both pleased with the results. Several weeks later you called us, it became apparent that there were imperfections that needed to be corrected. Tony and I came and did all the touch-ups. Again, we both went through with an inspection. As a result, you left us with a positive review, which I still have here:
"We had our living, dining and kitchen renovated and hired Natalie based on the glowing reviews on HomeStars. They came and completed the job in 2 days. The job included the ceiling, walls, and new trim throughout. It looks good."Your score was 8 then.
After that, your review was changed and changed again. You go from 8 to 0, then 1? And all of these changes are happening almost 6 years after the job was done?! I have it all on my record. The second one was the most unkind, I am glad you removed it. As for the last complaint about us saving money on the paint, I am embraced for you. Please forgive me, but It sounds comical. How is one can come to such a conclusion? We would never do that then or now.
Going back to the beginning, about your complaints, I'd like to explain that we, painters are the last ones to finish house renovation. You should not expect an excellent painting job if the carpenter did not do his part properly or the drywall man did not put drywall right or the sending is bad. It is not exactly your case, Husein, just a piece of general information in defense of all the painters. We do not perform miracles, we just paint it over after preparation is done properly. As a homeowner, you have to be diligent on every step of your renovation process, not only the last final stage.
