My attached neighbour and I requested several quotes to replace our insulated flat roofs on our 100-year-old Toronto houses. As other companies noted, the access was very difficult for moving materials, which would add cost. Oleg did not complain about the access; he gave the best price and showed up within a day of our confirmation to proceed.
