I called back this company to help with no heat. They said it could take all day for them to get to us. The real cold spell we had. But he was in the area. So he might be able to swing by. By 10:00 he was there came in. Pressed the reset and said. "It the transformer" replaced the part and after I confessed we hit the reset button too many times. He was able to make sure minimal smoke was in my house. Oil tank furnace! They are amazing, friendly, courteous, knowledgable, and even remebered us.
We have had them service our furnace when we first moved in.
Replaced our "good" as he put it. Oil tank, and even made sure he transferred the little oil we had left in the tank to the new one.
Now this.
They are on my speed dial.
