Liven Up Painting

I hired Matt to paint the entire interior of my house because I am preparing to list my house for sale. Matt and his team finished the job on time, and provided beautiful and professional work. I have 2 young children, and Matt worked quickly and efficiently to accommodate my busy household. The house looks amazing!! I would definitely use his services again, and strongly recommend to friends and family.

I hired Matt to paint 3 bedrooms and a ceiling as well as part of my kitchen, Matt was very professional, finished quickly and efficiently, when I asked him to come back for some touchups he came back right away and did touch ups where necessary. Very reliable. I recommended him to my friends and endorse his painting expertise.

Bathroom reno: all the bathroom renovation was made in VERY POOR QUALITY. Painting was terrible (the door was even left not painted). Plumbing was not completed and I was left to find somebody to complete it because they didn't know how to do it! Tiles were poorly installed and grout was not properly applied (a lot of space left between tiles). Furniture installation was a complete disaster: mirror, lights, sink and cabinet not installed in the right position and were not aligned.
Moreover, by removing the old bathtub in an "archaic" way they broke the pipe and caused damage to the lower apartment.
Timing: they were working for couple of days and returning after a week or so and "completed the job after a month or more; couple of times they didn't show up when they said and I had to chase them to finish the job.
Price: We spent 4k excluding materials but the result is really bad.

I would NEVER recommend this contractor and he should not even work as renovator because he and his team they don't have the appropriate skills. ***AVOID LIVEN UP PAINTING***
