Everyone at Alma Window and Doors were amazing, from their first visit here to go over pricing and styles of doors, to the phone calls and revisits. The two gentleman who installed the door were very nice and professional. We just love our new door. We have had so many neighbors and friends comment on how lovely the door is.

The service was great, Yuri explained everything well, we picked designs (36” door, steel, custom glass design) and a few weeks later we had our new beautiful door installed! We ordered our backyard door in mid-March 2020, just before COVID-19 quarantine started. And very first that impressed me how well we were informed about status of our order. The day factory was closed for quarantine, we received the phone call, then regularly was updated. We got our door in the end of May, but knew every day that guys not forget us. Very impressive customer service in such unique situation. Door is excellent, installation - quick and professional. We even received follow up call to insure that we are satisfied.
