Initial estimating very easy and quite affordable followed by excellent home visit by Berkley to select materials and finishes.
Pickup and delivery was on time, efficient and ensured we were happy with the placements. Quality of work is and suburb. We plan to have more work done by them and highly recommend Burkcraft.

We were very pleased to meet the owner Burkley who impressed us with his warmth and commitment to his craft. He was very thorough in his explanation of his method and very accurate in his quote and his timeline. He rebuilt and and recovered these two rockers beautifully.

We had been thinking about having our sofa and chair reupholstered for over a year. We met up with Berkley at the leather store but couldn't find a leather that we liked. We then went to his shop and picked out the leather, the feet and the tacks for our set. We arranged a time to have his guys pick up the set and 4 weeks later we had our set back and it looked amazing, better than a $15000 set that we had seen in an upscale shop downtown. After looking over the sofa and chair I noticed a couple of things that I didn't like. I called Burkley and he came over that day and looked over the minor issues. He had his guys come back and pick up the chair and within a couple of weeks we had it back in our living room. That's what great customer service is and the next time I need something reupholstered there is no question I will definitely use Burkcraft. Just look at the before and after photos.

I went on-line to find someone to recover our leather sectional sofa and saw Burkcraft listed so sent them an e-mail with a photo of our couch. Berkley responded the next day and was at our house shortly after with many leather samples. He was very helpful in explaining how they would do the project. It was all done in a timely manner (less than 4 weeks). We went to inspect it before it was delivered and are extremely happy with the results! They take great pride in their work.

The cushions on 2 of our couches had completely deteriorated - they had no structure left and looked sloppy. Berkeley had them remade properly and turned it around in about a week. It took more work than originally expected but the price didn't increase. Berkely was very professional and we would definitely use Burkcraft in the future.

Berkley came highly recommended years ago to me by a sales rep of a well known furniture store. I loved his professionalism and work so much I kept his business card. A couple weeks ago I called him as my fiance who is wheelchair accessilble, had a seat that was made from a previous company that was less than satisfactory and they refused to provide any further servce. Berkley happlily accepted the challenge of having it completed before thanksgiving. He took 1 look at the seat and immediatley came up with a workable solution. I can honestly say he is a master at what he does and carries himself with integrity. He exceeded our timeline and the seat works great. My finace can transfer with ease from his scooter and into his truck without much effort now. His calm nature puts you at ease when he has to think outside of the box and reassurance that he will work with you if any concerns. I wish I had business card to hand out for him!!!

Burkcraft took on the project of recovering my wing chair. Not only was the quality of the work excellent, but the customer service was beyond my expectations!! The finished product was incredible - the chair looks better than it did when it was new.

My leather sofa developed holes and was breaking at the seams. I requested online quotes from a few places, and only one provided me with a quote. I decided to visit Berkley at his Burkcraft Leather shop. Upon meeting and chatting him, I knew that he was the guy to fix my sofa, and I was right. He was very pleasant, his price was reasonable, and the job he did on my leather sofa was simply amazing. Everytime I look at my renovated sofa now, I can't help but smile.

I searched for a long time to find an upholsterer to cover my sofa & chair without any success until my daughter went online and found Burkcraft. What a blessing, my furniture was picked up within 24 hours of choosing the material and leaving a deposit on the order. At my request the work was completed and my sofa & chair were returned to me in two weeks just in time for my visitor's arrival. Berkeley and the delivery men were very professional. We love our new sofa & chair! Berkeley even called one month later to make sure everything was o.k. Better service would be very hard to find.
