Carvel and coworker removed existing caulking, fixed multiple areas of missing grout, and reapplied caulking for 2 tub/showers and 1 shower enclosure. I was very impressed with the company:
- Carvel insisted on coming to examine the tubs/showers in person rather than just give me a quote by email for the job I thought I needed. Because he looked at it, he was able to determine that a different (and less costly!) approach was required.
- They showed up exactly when they said they would be at my home.
- The work was completed efficiently and with no mess left behind
- The quality of the work appears to be top notch
Overall, I was very pleased with the work that was completed and would definitely not hesitate to recommend this company to others.
