Frano from Hero Plumbing returns calls within a day. He is on time, knows what he is doing and can be trusted. I will use him again and again!! I found Hero Plumbing from a flyer popped in my door. It is very difficult to find capable plumbers for small jobs!

After purchasing a new house with known water issues we needed to find a contractor who could handle all of our concerns and work within our timeline. Frano from Hero Plumbing was incredibly helpful and accessible and the crew that did the bulk of the onsite work (Roman, AJ and Julian) were always pleasant and professional. They did everything they said they would do and more. Even with weather delays they managed to finish on time. Aside from the excellent quality of work we were very impressed with how they left our property each day as tidy as possible and even washed our front porch from the mud tracks that we made. I will be recommending them to my friends.

Very professional, respectful, courteous, helpful, attentive. Promptly resolved our problem with exchanging a leaking faucet which needed replacing. Friendly person who knew what to do and was an expert tradesman. Top notch all the way.

We called Frano who literally came running to snake out our drains which was backing up into our basement because of city line blockage. Literally within minutes he had the drains flowing again and even came back the next day, a Saturday to ensure everything was put together properly. We then called him to install two new low flow toilets which he did like within an hour with no trouble whatsoever for us. And then a undersink pipe broke, which was when we called Hero a third time. He came gave me a estimate for free and said it might cost this much but because of the age of the sink he warned me that it may cost a little more if he had to replace the sink traps from the 1950's sink. Eventhough it took him longer than expected because everything was siezed, and eventhough he went thru four saw blades because of the seized parts, Frano didn't charge extra for his time like the big companies do. Honestly, I have a '50s ranch style home and because of the age of the home I have Hero Plumbing on speed dial in case anything plumbing goes bad. Frano is an outstanding plumber and a outstanding person, honest and hard working. If you need a plumber don't waste your time and money calling the big guys, call Hero. We've dealt with the rest and honestly Hero plumbing is the best.

These guys came highly recommended from a good friend that had them install a back water valve in their basement as well.
It is nice to deal with the plumbing company that has the same guy that quotes the work do the work. I gave Mario a small deposit and in two days the work was under way. They pulled a permit and had the work inspected by a building inspector so I am now elegible to recieve a grant from the city of $1250 which is great.
