Parking pad, deck, full backyard facelift

Mike did a fantastic job, took care of the city, my problematic neighbors with no surprises. At one point I got the sense he under quoted me on the deck. The quote he gave me was not altered (even though I'd have understood and paid).
I will use Mike again this fall to tear down an old garage and build something else.
He comes highly recommended from me.
