I hired AquaSpa Pools to build a pool and I can’t complain about the service. They returned all calls and responded knowledgeably to every query. They were always on time and they finished by the target date.

AquaSpa Pools installed an in-ground pool, interlocking stone and landscaping. They had excellent customer service. They always answered promptly when I contacted them, immediately attended to changes or questions I had, and the process was seamless and timely.

I hired AquaSpa Pools to change our pool and equipment, as well as add lights. All of the staff was amazing – they were helpful, friendly and really quick to send someone to deal with questions and concerns regarding the equipment.

We hired AquaSpa Pools to install a swimming pool as well as do some landscaping. The work that was done was great. The workers were very polite, well mannered, and left the site clean. Overall, we had no complaints.

The customer service we received from AquaSpa Pools was phenomenal, the best from any contractor we have ever had. Any questions or concerns we sent by email were responded to within minutes. Everyone from the owner to the installers were great and the quality of the product was top notch.

This summer my husband and I looked at 5 different pool quotes and decided to go with Aquaspa Pools.
We are so happy that we chose this company. Our pool is perfect! Our backyard was a little awkward to work with our existing cabana, but Pino was able to design a pool that worked with what we wanted.
We also signed up for Aquaspa's weekly pool maintenance. The price was very reasonable. The guys were here every week cleaning the pool, and keeping the chemicals balanced. My husband was also happy with the customer service. The pool guys were always happy to help us with any questions we may have had, and with showing us how to use the pool equipment. We have recommended this company to many of our neighbours who were impressed with Aquaspa Pools workmanship. Thanks again Pino and the crew.

This year I decided to work on the exterior of my home, I contacted several companies and Aqua Spa was one of them. I was extremely impressed with the design and knowledge of the sales team.
The thought put into my design was exactly what I envisioned. Once they began the installation the foreman and crew were very helpful in answering all my concerns. They're customer service is second to none, I am extremely satisfied and happy with the choice I made.
