We'd worked with Sam and his team several years ago on a condo bathroom renovation, and were duly impressed with their professionalism, friendliness, trustworthiness, ability to stick to the schedule, and of course their fine quality of work. When we recently bought an older 1980s condo and wanted to completely gut it and redesign it from scratch, we called renoWOW! again without hesitation.
Happily, Sam took the job, and it was a huge one! As with any major renovation, there were occasionally hurdles to overcome, but Sam and his team were always up to the task. He listened to and understood what we wanted, gave us good advice as needed, and we could not be happier with the final result of our new "forever home." The level of detail in the work was fantastic, and we are thrilled with the quality of our new renovation. Everyone who was brought in to work on our condo was also amazing and easy to work with. Paul especially was great, and his tilework was superb!
Sam, it was a massive job, and you and your team handled it beautifully. We've already had some visitors, and everyone especially loves the kitchen and the living room. We now have a home that works wonderfully for our whole family, so thank you very much, and we will absolutely call you again if we ever have any other renovations to be done! We always hear horror stories about other people's renos, so we're always relieved that we found the team that was a dream to work with!
