Renowow constructed a basement laundry room for me. Materials used (5 out of 5 stars), friendly service (5 out of 5 stars), design (3 out of 5 stars), professionalism (5 out of 5 stars).

The design originally showed a feature that looked very useful, but was not included in the final product.

Sam & Paul are the nicest, friendliest and most professional people you would ever want to do a reno for you. They guided me all the way thru, explaining every step with their expertise, knowledge and skill. Paul was amazing, ensuring everything was done to the utmost excellence and perfection. We had struggled for some time to find a reliable contractor who would agree to undertake the gutting, reorientation and renovation of our ground-floor powder room and surrounding stairwell from our design for a reasonable price. Sam and ReWow! were recommended by our relative whod used them. Sam responded quickly, listened to what we wanted and came up with a detailed estimate that made sense. From the start, he was very clear about how he worked and what our options were. The job was scheduled and Sam kept on top of the progress day by day. He came on site whenever anything was delivered and verified the quality of the work that had been done at every stage, dealing immediately with any issues that arose from that work. There was constant communication. Thats how we like to work. We had the quirks of a century home, but we now have a beautiful back hallway, stairwell and powder room, light and bright. Thank you, Sam, Adam and team!

We recently had RenoWOW update both our kitchen and bathroom. The scope of this project was somewhat unusual as we did not want a complete kitchen renovation, we were hoping to have as little disruption as possible and had an unusual bulkhead that needed to be replaced, leaving the existing cabinets in place. As well we needed a partial renovation of our main bathroom. When I heard from someone that Sam had completed their full kitchen renovation in 4 weeks, I was very interested. Sam was patient working with us prior to signing a contract so we could determine what needed to be done and how it could be accomplished.

Sam directed us to suppliers to choose from their product line. He then purchased everything on our behalf.

True to his word it took 2 weeks, start to finish to replace the countertops, the bulkhead, kitchen sink and faucet and the hinges on about 60 cabinet doors as well and remove the old vanity, large mirror, toilet, and replace with a prefab cabinet, new toilet and mirror and new linen cupboard doors to match the vanity we chose.

Adam did much of the work and was a pleasure to have work in our house. Both he and Sam communicated very well and Adam made sure that the house was clean before he left each day.

As with every job some things did not go exactly as we imagined but Sam made sure that whatever needed to be changed was changed to meet our expectations. Sam came by to check on work in progress and at the end of the two weeks all work was completed as promised. Sam made sure he came back to fix the last few things but we were able to use both the kitchen and bathroom at the end of the 2 weeks!

I have nothing but good things to say about Sam and Paul at renoWOW! On short notice, Sam was able to take a look at my requirements and provide a comprehensive project plan and estimated price. Communication was always fast and thorough. When it came time for construction, Paul was always very friendly, respectful, and pleasant to work with. Steps during the project were always reported clearly, and the work was completed in a timely manner, addressing any blockers that occurred. Once complete, cleanup of debris was very thorough. My new shower is exactly how I'd pictured. Thank you once again, Sam and Paul.

We are very satisfied with the work renoWOW did for us. The first time we met, Sam understood immediately where my mind was going. I appreciated his initial professional advice as to what I could expect being in a condo with restrictions. He also gave me several online store options and showroom options to select material and equipment. I was still able to come up with my own selection. Sam was very responsive to every enquiry and in handling some extras that were not in the initial scope of work in a seamless way. In terms of on-site job, we are absolutely thrilled with the level of care and skills that Paul put into every single task, offering options based on the situation, and always asking for our preference. We really worked as a team, which was a great experience. Paul was thinking ahead all the time and the result is just impeccable. Also greatly appreciated that the condo rules were followed at all times.

Sam, from RENOWOW! did an excellent job of managing our recent kitchen refacing. He accompanied us to see how cabinetry and counter tops were made, and assisted us in choosing the most appropriate products.
The teardown of the old kitchen was quick and surprisingly clean on the day it was scheduled.
Installation of cabinetry, counters, electrical and tiling followed seamlessly, all being coordinated by Sam.
Questions and concerns were addressed thoroughly and quickly.
All on budget, and on time.

As a 70 year old with plans to stay in this house for the rest of my life, I was desperately in need of a bathroom upgrade. While I'm in excellent health today, I was looking for a design that could anticipate and eliminate challenges I would most likely begin to face in a decade or so, chiefly mobility issues. I wanted a walk-in shower flush to the floor that would avoid the possibility of tripping, plenty of grip bars, and a black and white palette. Sam was very intuitive about my needs and, understanding a bit of the backstory of the house, delivered a very beautiful, functional, and historically appropriate design. There were, of course, snags; but this was to expected in a house over 120 years old. There's been a parade of visits from friends wanting to see the result and everyone is blown away . . .

We contacted Renow Wow based on incredible feedback to help us accomplish a bathroom and master closet renovation. Sam and his team did not disappoint.With a highly professional level of skill they designed,sourced and implemented a project and vision that would later be made into a masterpiece. So pleased with the results we most definitely will be enlisting the services of Renow Wow in the future!.

renoWOW completely renovated our bathroom and we are delighted, both with the results and with the entire process.

Sam, the project organizer, showed up right on time, listened attentively to our wish list, our budget and our very specific timeline. He then advised us of our best options within the given parameters. A few days later sent us a detailed scope-of-work.

On the appointed morning Paul arrived with his assistant and worked quickly and quietly to remove every vestige of the old bathroom. The quietness was a very pleasant surprise. They didn't use sledgehammers to demolish the old mirror walls and faux marble panels. They dismantled and took them away intact with almost no noise and no mess.

Day after day the multitalented Paul came and got to work (no running off to another job, leaving us to cool our heels, as can sometimes happen when a contractor takes on several projects at once. Sam's policy is to schedule one job at a time, and to do it well.)

Paul was a wonder. With true courtesy and unruffled professionalism and care, he handled every aspect of the job: demolition, structural adjustments, plumbing, electrical work, tiling, installation of all fixtures, painting. He even replaced the door with one that would open out instead of in, thus giving us some much-needed extra space.

Including some changes we asked for, which did not faze either Sam or Paul, the whole renovation took exactly three weeks and two days. This was several days fewer than we had allowed for.

We are thrilled with the results and very grateful - to Sam for skillfully organizing and monitoring the many components of such a complex job. Sam inspired us with confidence from our very first meeting. And to Paul, for his masterful handling of every aspect of the production. He is a truly accomplished and talented gentleman. It was a pleasure to meet and to work with them both.

We are very happy to have chosen this company and we heartily recommend renoWow for any bath or kitchen renovation. We will certainly call on them again.
