Ensuite Bathroom and Powder Room

Bathroom Renovation review in Toronto

Renowow provided an incredibly smooth and stress-free retrofit of our condos main bathroom and powder room. From our consultation, Sam was very understanding and experienced with condo projects. He also listened to our design ideas and provided fantastic solutions. Mike and Greg delivered excellent craftsmanship, gave us daily updates of their progress and were very responsive to our questions. Overall, RenoWow was efficient, detail oriented, friendly and very respectful of our space. Both bathrooms were completed in under 15 days. We are so happy with our beautiful bathrooms and will be in touch with Sam to discuss our kitchen ideas

Big project, fantastic results!

Ajax

From the first time Sam came to look at what we needed and provided his quote, he has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Professional, responsive and knowledgeable, we could not have asked for any more. His team of Mike and Greg were fantastic and their quality of work and attention to detail was exceptional. We lived in the house as they replaced our kitchen, 3 bathrooms and powder room, as well as some flooring. It was a big job but they did everything they could to make us comfortable. I can highly recommend RenoWow to anyone looking for high quality kitchen or bathroom renovations.

Bathroom renovation

Sam and his crew were professional, courteous and efficient. Sam was very helpful in explaining options and suggesting solutions. The work was done very quickly and we are very satisfied with the results. When the job was completed, Paul went out of his way to walk me through everything they had done, and to fix a small detail. We would have no concerns in hiring them again in the future for similar projects.

(Revised to increase the score: I accept that my scoring habits are not entirely consistent with how people use these ratings today and did not intend to create a negative impression. We were entirely satisfied with the work done. My only minor suggestion for improvement was that it would have been helpful to have longer notice to coordinate the service elevator bookings, but I understand that the timing is not always easy to control.)

We have known Sam for 23 years. Sam has renovated all our bathrooms in all of our houses in Toronto and Aurora. Top notch work, Sam is a visionary who takes great pride in every project that he entails. Completely trustworthy and wants the best for his clients. Adam took on our project plus 2 other issues that needed to be addressed in another ensuite and it came out first class. Thoroughly satisfied with all aspects of this job.
Sam was knowledgeable and very well prepared to answer all our questions.
Tradespeople were excellent. Very friendly and responsive to the fact that they were visitors in our home.
Site was left clean and tidy after each workday, and all garbage was removed at the conclusion of the project

Sam (owner/founder RenoWOW) is perhaps the best reason to deal with renoWOW. His bathroom design was MORE than we expected. He continually makes you think you are his most valued customer. His workers (Mike and Greg) were always on time, courteous, personable, and their work was impeccable.
What impressed us MOST about Sam was that he postponed our reno several times over a period of almost two years, AT OUR REQUEST, due to our Covid concerns.
We HIGHLY recommend him and his company.

I definitely recommend using this company

Moving & Storage review in Toronto

I did renovations to my kitchen and family room with the renoWOW team during the pandemic. Sam listened to what I wanted to achieve, which was to have an open kitchen and grand room and delivered to my complete satisfaction. Turned out far better than I anticipated. The team was friendly and helpful and worked diligently to ensure my safety and social distancing. They even worked extra long hours to get the project completed within the time they promised. I definitely recommend using this company for all kitchen renovations.

We are very pleased and beyond satisfied with the work done with Sam, Adam and RenoWow on our recent kitchen renovation.

Sam was professional and communicative from start to finish - a big contrast from many of the other companies who made little or no follow ups or who were slow to respond. Sam made it clear it depended a lot on what our budget was which is fair because you get what you pay for. Among the reasons of what impressed us the most was the quick and consistent responsiveness, keeping their word on the costs as well as sticking to the timeline. And the ability to adapt or adjust quickly according to any concerns or requests we had along the way. In the end we were able to have a quality, modernized and better-looking kitchen what we had envisioned! We would definitely recommend RenoWow! Fred & Bertha

Great company with great people

Moving & Storage review in Toronto

Were WOW'd again! Its now 3 times a charm working with Sam @ renoWOW!. This was our biggest project and they came through without any hitches or glitches. Knowing from previous renos that there were sure to be some surprises along the way, but Adam, who immediately looked at the design made fantastic suggestions and recommendations to ensure no issues with the final look regarding tile patterns and other esthetic matters. They delivered top quality craftmanship, ahead of promised time lines and on budget. Thank you Sam, Adam, Mike and the whole renowow people for wowing us again!
