Squeaky Clean Windows

I would not recommend this company. We had an apt on Friday, crew was a no show, so we called the office, were told they were "running behind", my question was why didn't they call us ? No response to that, was annoying because we stayed home for 3 hours waiting.
We decided to give them another chance, and rebooked for this morning between 9-12. No show again, I called at 12, were told they had a "couple of small jobs ahead of us ", could we wait ...seriously ? Nope, sorry, will call one of your many competitors. This company has NO customer service and shouldn't be in business. (Don't think they will be long)

Horrible experience. Horrible company. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. EVER. To anyone reading this, stay away from them. They are bad news. They are unreliable, will not show up on time and don’t always respond to your calls or questions

i booked service on Friday for a Monday cleaning. The phone number on the website doesn't connect unless I make a long distance call. In Calgary the cleaners were given the wrong address so cleaners had to call our house to find out proper location. Office didn't give them correct address. Also, they did not receive full instructions on measuring for gutter guards so crew didn't know to bring a measuring tape. Work was as expected, and that is why the review is 2/10 instead of 0/10.
This lack of communication is very unimpressive. We will definitely not be using their service again, ever.

Terrible. Booked and cleaner never showed up. Re-booked and cleaner didn't show up a second time. Booked a 3rd time and cleaner didn't show up again. Company is "sorry". Don't use. Terrible service

Very Bad experience, work was not done professionally , don't go for this company. I posted the pic this company sent me after the work done and I told them, that area is not clean and they are not ready to listen, I spoke to Gabriela , she was very rude then I requested to talk to somebody still they charge me full amount. No customer service...........DON'T GO FOR THIS COMPANY and get everything on contract before your hire them.

I called and made an appointment. I had to reschedule so I called again, and the hold time was ridiculous. So when they sent me an email to confirm I chose the reschedule option. I left a message for someone and never heard back. So when they sent another email I declined and asked them to confirm they got the email. I never heard back, and when I called i waited so long, I gave up. Then they just showed up on the day I asked them to reshedule AND TO CONFIRM. They have a very bad system in place for staying in touch with their customers.

Jonas and his team arrived at 9:00 am and we're done all the windows in less than 2 hours. Professional job, Windows look amazing inside and out! Would definitely recommend!

We orginally booked an eavestrough and outside window cleaning. 2 weeks before my appt I called to change it to inside/outside window cleaning and I didn't hear back. I called again 1 week prior to the appointment and finally heard back 2 business days before assigning me a time that didn't work. I called back and got a new time noon-5pm and they never showed. I missed work. I called and they said they would look into it and the next day, they called back at 830pm to say I had an appointment the following day noon-5pm. I called and told them I would book with someone else. Very disorganized. Too bad, their work was great last year.

Great service and quality. The only issue we had was with initial scheduling. There were two missed appointments and confusion on timing, but once they arrived they did a great job for a very reasonable price.

My windows are clean however, I have dirty water dripped on my floors, windows frames and shutters. I wouldn't say the track to my patio doors is very clean either. We just moved into this house, and I'm sure the previous owner never did the windows. One of the cleaners kept making comments to his partner about how dirty everything was. I found that quite unprofessional. I also have a dirty hand print on one of my bedroom walls. The after service customer service is poor. I made a mistake paying online and I left a message and emailed the owner to find out how to get a refund and report the sloppy job on the interior. I have given two full days for a response, which I think is fair if someone is busy and have not heard back from anyone. Yet when I called to book the appointment I received a call back in less than 30 minutes.
