Regal Design + Build

I’m more than happy with the work of “Regal Design +”. They rebuilt the arches in my hallways and a big wall unit in family room from scratch. What I really liked was how they gave me more options than I imagined. Typically whenever I’ve had any work done on my home in the past the things I could select were rather limited. I got to choose everything exactly like I wanted it, in fact the arches and wall unit were pretty much a custom design.

We hired Regal Design Plus to install new stairs since our old ones were not only ugly, but bad quality as well otherwise they wouldn’t have so easily cracked in many areas. They showed us a lot of samples and told us they can create custom ones as well. There were so many options in the samples they showed that we found a look which we liked and had it done with maple with a dark stain color.
Something so mundane as stairway rails being replaced with metal changed the look of the entire house to something a lot more elegant. Believe it. After seeing their work the first time, if we needed any more work done we’d have hired them for that as well and we will keep them in mind for any work we may need in the future.

Regal Design redid our basement which had been damaged by rain water. They repaired the flaw which allowed water to build up in the first place then got to the repair work. Most of the walls were torn out and everything was heavily disinfected with anti-fungal sprays for an entire day. From there they started building it all back from scratch. While all that was being done we worked out our final decision how we’d like the new look to be. In a word, it’s marvellous. Marble tiles, hardwood floring, crystal chandelier,pot-lights, stairway rails, etc. The newly installed mini bar is an addition that was not there before and the detail in its counter is something to behold.

They provided many options and suggestions so that we were able to choose what we wanted easily. They were extremely helpful from start to finish....they were even great to accommodate us when issues came up unexpectedly and not in the original agreement....without question, money well spent!

I know ‘Regal design plus Build ’ for a long time and have been a long time customer of theirs. Having had them complete work for me so many times in the past I knew exactly what to expect, which is great service, so when I found that their company had expanded to include almost everything I called them immediately for all the other work I needed done. A custom kitchen cabinet and unsuit reno was something that had particularly been on my mind for a long time so I decided to start with that, and just like with all their previous services they helped me refine my idea. The final work was completed a few months ago and as always I'm pleased with their work, it’s as accurate as humanly possible, I couldn't have asked for better craftsmanship.

Very pleased with the entire experience. They arrived on time for the estimate, followed up with the quote very quickly, made allowances to begin work based on our schedule, and completed a very professional job sooner than expected. In addition, when we reached out to them with regard to a few minor touch-ups there was no issues returning back to house. I highly recommend Regal design/build.

I would definitely recommend The regal design and build as they renovated the basement for my house and it was spectacular. The job was completed on schedule and did not go over my budget, in fact, I saved money compared to the other placed I called!

I am highly pleased with the professional manner in which the reno job was carried out. The finishes Ramin recommended was an excellent choice.
