Regal Design + Build

We met with a lot of contractors before choosing who would renovate our house. Regal design was very prompt to response. Ramin & Arash came over and gave us a reasonable estimate. They helped us to choose the finishing products and walked us through the entire process. His crew were fast, clean and efficient. They worked late hours and on weekend to finish on schedule. We are very pleased with their work.

Custom detailed workings are something I’m very fond of which is why all my rooms have some wooden details here and there. Some of them were damaged and I wanted something grander anyway, so I hired Regal design/build to do what their name says and design something impressive for family room and re do our kitchen & bathrooms. We also wanted to have wainscotting for a long time and re-do all the arch ways. I first spoke to Ramin on the phone and again in person with Arash about some designs and I liked everything he suggested. In the end there were many different designs created for the bathrooms, family room ceiling & kitchen &...... For something that seems as mundane as a mirror, having these new mill workings & vanities installed has completely changed the look of my house. Every room looks so much more high class, it’s what I had hoped for but I didn’t expect it to be so pronounced. This company’s professionalism and experience shines through in both their work and in their words, if I’m this pleased with them I’m sure you will be too.

Regal Design+ redid all our floors in a 3 floor house (plus basement). Previously it was all white tiles which were easily scratched and damaged, I have no idea why they would be installed anywhere outside of a kitchen because that’s exactly what they looked like, kitchen tiles. Now everything is dark birch and my home looks like a home instead of a giant kitchen. It was all completed rather quickly and I can’t find a flaw anywhere. This company’s work is excellent, excellent enough that the ball and chain demands that I hire them again to redo our kitchen floors as well, all 3 of them.

I already had Regal Design redesign my kitchen so I’ve seen their work and was pleased with it. So of course when decided I wanted my old fireplace replaced I checked to see if they can get that done. Apparently they can more than get it done as they showed, they had a huge variety of options to choose from and offer custom work as well. I’d describe the end result as classy, which isn’t the easiest thing in the world to pull off with a fireplace.

The work done in my home was a near complete renovation of my basement. Damage such as small holes and cracks were repaired all over the basement from the ceiling to the walls. Everything was repainted, a lot of the woodwork was redone, the stairway was redone, new ceiling lamps were installed, the ceiling was stylized, and the floor was retiled. The basement has a full sized kitchen. We had the kitchen tops redone with all-white marble.
Out of all those things I listed I can say I’m completely satisfied with it all. The work was all done correctly and it’s done exactly as I asked.

I have wanted to build a custom fireplace using my own design for quite some time, obviously I don’t have the skills to get it done myself so I had to hire a company. Every time I had someone inspect the area I wanted it built I was given an excuse why the majority of my design needs to be changed, and it was never a good excuse, it seemed to me it was just difficult to do and they didn’t want to put in the effort. That’s where Regal Design comes in, they told me they can get it done just as I want it, no excuses for why a detail or feature needs to be changed.
I was very excited to see that it was made just how I imagined it. I never thought finding a company that could make a fireplace as I wanted would be so difficult.

Ramin and his staff were very easy to deal with. Very knowledgeable and professional for all our renovation needs. All our main floor from flooring, wood workings, kitchen, mouldings to painting was all done with high quality workmanship. We were completely satisfied and impressed with the workmanship.

I found Regal design/build online. He gave us a very reasonable quote and some good advice about our space & variety of finishes. In the end we went with them because he was professional and has a high attention to details. He let us know what to expect, how our small space would be a bit of a challenge - but that he could work around the issue. Our project went smoothly, his guys were on time and professional. The follow up was great. I would not hesitate to recommend Ramin.
