Sam recently did some pluming, electrical and drywall work.
I find Sam to be very knowledgeable, skilled in trades and fair.
I now regularly call Sam for any work I have around the house.
My recent project involved fishing new electrical wires/switches. Same was not only able to do the electrical, but do all the patchwork.........which is great as you don't have to hire someone else to come in and finish up. I highly recommend sam.
