Sam used to be reliable. Latest experience did not go so well. Work was incomplete and he did not return my many calls. The work is still incomplete and I have had to close this file unfortunately.

Sam is a very reliable handy man. He is very experienced in home renovations whether it be bathrooms, kitchen, general maintenance, etc. He provides excellent service and can be relied upon to get the work done correctly, efficiently and at a reasonable cost.
