Jeff did a ton of work on my land development project which included building a road to my building site, building 2 individual approaches and a double approach, excavation of my basement/walk out area and construction of a riding arena. He worked fast and very efficiently. He was very workable and did outstanding work. He has an excellent eye for dirt and left the sight looking fantastic.

Ministik Contracting was responsible for several parts of our new home. Jeff and crew cleared a driveway through solid forest, laid geotek, and coordinated 90 truckloads of gravel. Jeff dug a level basement foundation that the concrete contractors didn't have to mess with. Jeff also trenched in 500 meters of power and 100 meters of power and gas line. He came back to backfill the trench with the REA putting in their caution tape. Jeff is one of the best contractors I've ever dealt with and all the sub-trades on site got along really well with him. Communication is up front and honest, quotes are reliable and he was there when he said he would be. I would recommend Ministik to anybody.

Ministik Contracting did a great job installing the new cistern on my property. He finished the job like he had never been there, then came back 6 months later to fill in the setting. As far as I am concern he went beyond the call of duty...I would recomend him in a heart beat.
