THE WORST PERSON TO EVER HIRE. This guy is a waste paid him $10000 and he left the job half way completed. Finished the drive way and told us he ordered the fence and never showed up and its been more than 2 months. Kept calling junior and now he doesnt pick up. I REPEAT DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN. So unprofessional and acts like the biggest cry baby. Tried to advise him on a couple things and would always take it negatively. This man always demanded money before work was even done. Left a whole bunch of gravel and rocks on my yard and at this age its not something i can clean up in my own. So dissappointed and wasted my money.

I am not sure what Junior did to get negative reviews, but he knows his stuff. Did our fence exactly the way we wanted, and did it in timely manner. Very satisfied with his work.

Terrible service. Forgot to install proper door lock. Called many times and no answer. Eventually a month later picked up and ignored his commitment to replace the lock as promised. Definitely would not recommend. Once he has your money forget about him fixing or correcting anything.

Few neighbors got together to have this company construct our fences and fence doors. Junior (?owner) talks a good game but the resulting worksmanship was poor. One example is instead of using a properly sized wooden plank for a portion of the door, he used two leftover pieces of wood put together and expected that I would not notice.

When I asked Junior to return to fix the problem, he made multiple promises but never showed up again after he was paid. I spoke to him again about a month ago and instead of apologizing, he screams at me over the phone telling me I am not patient enough. HA HA. Imagine that. A contractor who scolds his client over the phone. Now it is one month later, and Junior has not contacted me or offered me to fix the problem.

This company is dishonest and does not stand by their product and worksmanship. Look elsewhere. I will be contacting the BBB as well.

after fence installed, the gate would not open and close, and he damaged grass around most posts, after repeated calls never came as promised, don't work with these people, some other neighbours also had similar problems

Very unprofessional company. Workers peed on side of my neighbours house and on street in my cul de sac where my kids play. Confronted them and they were rude - trailer trash workers. Also did not see any gravel placed in holes prior to placing post. Will see how the fence holds up in a few years. Wish my neighbour had done his homework before going with these guys; they weren't the cheapest either - not a case of you get what you paid for.

He didn't complete the job and the job that he did was defective and he never returned to fix it as promised.

Called and gave him many chances to fix rhe fence and he wouldn't return.

JR was horrible person to work with. He demanded money every time you come so he could pay his employees. He was never on time and always wanted to take money for doing something little. The job wasn't done to standards. He charged as if he was Springs for 30 years But the fence was uneven bad wood and nails cominf out from every piece. I wouldn't recommend JR He is very rude and finished a three day job in three weeks because he said he was busy. Half is employees have full-time jobs and have no experience in this business. Around 10 homes got fences from him on my street and no one was satisfied. He got into an argument every day with someone new. He said if there's any problem call me back and I called him a couple times and he just never came.

There was a little confusion with our project that showed that Prestige is a company with integrity. My neighbour hadn't paid his side of the fence, as he is a renter, and had to rely on his landlord, and his landlord was MIA for quite some time. Unbeknownst to JR (the owner of Prestige) he then raised our rates, which obviously angered me. He said he would continue to contact the landlord to ensure he paid his share and would then refund me the added cost to my invoice. Less than a week later he showed up on my doorstep with the money.

Other than that, JR was very organized, knowledgeable, provided a beautiful product and service that we are very grateful for. I would recommend him for his experience and craftsmanship.

The job was done, I must say. However they would show when ever they felt like. installed the posts and disappeared. then back 2 weeks later. However the job was done.
