Urban Barn Leaside

I was in total shock that the store didn’t even offer to help load the heavy and large products into my car. The store was empty and I was the only customer at the time. The store was fully staffed and yet not one employee offered to come outside and help me. Completely disappointed and don’t think I will be shopping here again. I always receive better customer service at Homesense.
