It's The Right Move

We decided to move to be closer to our wonderful daughter our awesome grandson and our fabulous grand-kids (she insisted and we gave up). This was our 10th move in 55 years. We had downsized but still had sooo much stuff that we carefully packed over a 6 months. Philip and his men arrived on time and took time to carefully examine the stuff we had and explain the time line which was 2 days. He told us we would sleep in our new house that evening. They would set up our bed and unpack our hanging clothes. I was amazed how efficiently the team worked and at the flow of their constant energy all with a smile and extra effort and care. The first day they loaded the moving van to the roof and a pup trailer as well. They unloaded everything set up beds, placed all the rugs and and filled the closets and bid us good-night and told us they would be loading again at 9:00am. Needless to say they loaded the rest up and were finished in the afternoon of day 2. They had to re-arrange some furniture as my wife changed her mind as usual. They left us with hundreds of boxes (120 boxes of books alone) to unpack. A year later we are still unpacking.
Even though the move happened a year ago we still remember this as the best move we ever did with absolutely the best moving team ever. Philip and his team are the most professional and enthusiastic group of guys and win the Blue Ribbon as No. 1 of all the movers we have used over the last 55 years. Thank you Philip and team for doing a great job. We wish you all many many more successful and safe moves.

We used Its The Right Team to move our belongings from our house to a storage unit and then a year later from the storage unit into a new condo. Their service is outstanding, Philip and his team are a pleasure to deal with and most importantly they take great care of your belongings. House to storage unit was about $850. Storage unit to 6th floor condo was about $1,100. Highly recommended.

Philip was confident they could manage despite my concerns about tight areas. Things could not have gone more smoothly from the first time I spoke with Philip until the delivery was done.

Philip is the most professional and polite mover I have experienced in my life. I have recommended him to 5 people and all of them have only thanked me. Furniture are always protected, blankets are used to move down stairs, no damage to property, very friendly staff. They truly make your move “the right move”.

Getting up there in age, and ever-rounder around the waist, it was time to finally shell out for some help with our move this time around. With all of the horror stories I read about terrible movers who are careless, abrasive, dishonest, cutthroat or all-of-the-above, I took a leap of faith in contacting Philip to quote for our move, and boy am I glad we did.

After a quick virtual assessment prior, he and his team deftly moved all of our precious junk between homes with time to spare. He even offered to reduce our charge because we didn't occupy the entire quoted time, but when a job is done that well, paying the quoted amount is definitely justified. All of this, done with a great sense of levity, and a bonus McDonalds smoothie. These are the movers you want.

Philip and his very capable crew showed up right on time despite the poor weather and ground conditions and got started right away. Move out was efficient and the move in was just as good. Came in under the estimated time and cost with no issues and everything placed exactly where we wanted it.
