Bryan promptly came to assess my 2 basement foundation cracks when I contacted Dyna Crete. I reached out to Dyna Crete based on the positive reviews regarding their professionalism and quality of work. My experience with Bryan and his team mirrored what I had read. They were very professional and patient to answer all of my questions, and more than willing to share their knowledge.

I found their pricing very reasonable and the crack repair was done shortly after the assessment. So far it has held up through flood tests and rain. A special thanks to Bryan for also spending extra time on helping me with my incorrectly installed basement window we discovered during the repair!

Huge thank you to the guys from Dynacrete, Byran was quick to respond to our inquiry and equally as fast to move appointments around to get us in sooner before the rain hit and our basement flooded again. Once on site the guys where friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, clean and more than happy to tell me everything that was happening. Kudos to a job well done guys, and another rainstorm passes and not 1 drop of water in my basement.

This is the second time we have had Dyna-Crete repair water-leaking cracks in our foundation. Both times Bryan has provided us with a prompt inspection of our problem and an analysis of what our likely alternatives are. He discusses the best "hopeful" solution and the worst case scenarios. Fortunately for us, both of our cracks have been accessible from the interior of our basement and outside excavation was not required. Our problem was fixed within 2 days of our initial call. Bryan and Colin explain what they are doing, what the cause of the cracks are and how they are fixing the problem. They are very diligent about testing their finished work and we have never had a problem after completion. I am convinced that if we did have a further issue with their repair work, they would make it right.

What a great experience dealing with Bryan at Dyna-Crete. I recently noticed some water-damaged drywall near the floor in my basement, and called Dyna-Crete for an assessment and quote on a potential repair. On my first call to him, Bryan gave unhurried advice and logical explanations as to what the problem might be for the background I provided. When on site, he took time to make a solid determination of the cause of the drywall damage. It turned out to be a leaking pipe, rather than what I thought might be from the crack on the outside. Really pleased to have come across a considerate and helpful contractor with a great approach to his work in Bryan. If I ever need help with a real basement leak, I'll be calling him back! Highly recommended for his approach and thoroughness.

Bryan and crew not only did a fantastic job repairing my foundation, but readily went over and above to provide the absolute best customer service possible. I am selling my home when a leak was discovered so time was of the essence. Bryan was able to do the work quickly, with a completely effective solution. I am thrilled to have chosen him and to be able to recommend him. I said to my mom about Bryan "there are angels among us". True story. :)

Brian and his company is not going after $$$ only. They are honest and professional. I called a couple companies to do an assessment and quote for the water problem in my basement. Brian explained to me patiently what he saw and what he thought. At the end, he suggests me not to take any action as he doesn't think there is foundation problem. However, the other company provided me an almost $30K quote to fix the problem after their evaluation.
I will definitely recommend this company to others because of their honesty and strong work ethics.

Bryan and Colin where fantastic to work with and even came out on a Sunday to do the repair. We had a crack behind our basement bathroom wall which was leaking continuously due to the snow melt which was becoming stressful. Bryan was very reassuring and explained the urethane injection process.

I was very confident with his methods and once the work was done they performed a leak check. Minimal drywall was removed to access the foundation crack which was in a tight spot.

If you need a repair done with friendly professional expertise Dyna-Crete will do an excellent job. I would recommend to anyone!!

Bryan was amazing to deal with, in such a stressful situation. I tried dealing with other waterstop systems here in Calgary, but I found them to not be honest, friendly and not reliable. Bryan and his son Colin were the exact opposite. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
