Deck paint didn’t last after one season!

WOW painters did the wood facade of our house and our deck July, 2018. By April, 2019 the deck paint is all peeling off the deck. I emailed WOW and no response. I called and was told to send pictures. No response after pictures sent. Pretty unprofessional. I won’t hire them again.
