WOW 1 DAY PAINTING - TORONTO

Neil and his crew worked quickly, efficiently, and did a truly excellent job inside my property. Less than six hours from start to finish, with great painting specifically and excellent wall treatment/hole patching and the like as well (no evidence of there ever having been a hole at all, and some were quite big). The property looks transformed.

When I was inspecting the work near its end I did actually say 'Wow, this is amazing for one day,' which I suppose proves the validity/truthfulness of the firm's marketing and branding indeed!

In summer 2019 I hired Wow to paint the front of my home. The crew overall did a great job (prior review describes the experience). However, in 2020 I realized that a mistake had been made an a soffit wasn't painted (picture attached). I understand mistakes can be made, particularly when the crew is rushing to finish the job in one day. The mistake by the crew isn't the issue, the issue is the completely unacceptable follow up by Wow and lack of professionalism is addressing this issue.

In November 2020 I contacted Wow to indicate that the job was not finished and that I would like to arrange a time for it to be completed. Since that time I have sent a dozen plus emails, left phone messages, and sent whatsap messages without having this issue resolved. I have been redirected to service issue phone numbers, been promised calls back, however I have yet to speak to a living person and have not had the painting job completed (it's now July 2021, 9 months after I first contacted Wow).

It's been an incredibly disappointing experience. I don't fault the original crew because I realize mistakes can happen, but I absolutely fault Wow for their follow up customer service and follow up which has been essentially non-existent. In an industry where there are many other painting options, I would not recommend Wow to others.

Neil and his crew arrived on time and were super friendly guys. I showed them around the place, and had to head to work shortly after. I left my place and keys with them. Neil also texted me a couple updates and called me to make sure I was happy when I got home. I was so happy to see the results! It’s perfect and saved me a lot of time :)

Neil and his team were great. Got here at 8:00 am and we’re done by 2:30 pm. They did a flawless job and he walked me through any notes/concerns he had when I came home at the end of the day. Would definitely recommend!

Patricia and crew did a great job completing a two floor interior painting project for us. Communication was excellent throughout the process and the work was completed on schedule without issue.

The painting crew was fantastic. They did some painting on the exterior of the house. Did the job neatly and efficiently in less time than anticipated. They were very friendly, polite and accommodating. On the other hand, the estimate was prepared by someone who came out and seemed to know little about painting. I felt the quote was high, but he said it was because they would need to do special rigging as he claimed that the space between the houses was too narrow. He also said that they would to spend quite some time protecting my garden. I argued that I didn't feel it was the case as the house had previously been painted all the way up to the eaves with a ladder. On the day of, the crew used a ladder and did not have to do any special work to protect my plants. As that why I was told the quote was so high and given that the crew therefore spent less time than anticipated, I expected they would bill less than they had quoted, but this was not the case.

Excellent service from a great team. They arrived on the job site when they said they would and completed all tasks of wall repair and painting in a timely and professional manner. I would recommend this company without question based on the work they completed at my home.
