WOW 1 DAY PAINTING - TORONTO

Neil and his team did such a fantastic job painting all the exterior trim and windows on our house. They did a very clean job and the end results were amazing, giving our house a great new look. We can say enough good things about Neil and his team's professionalism, timeliness and quality of work. Thanks guys!

A huge thank you to Stef and David S for their great service! The duo showed up and were prepared, friendly and accurate. We left and went to work and came home to a beautifully painted baby’s room and bathroom, as well as repaired window ledges across our condo’s windows. They also left no mess, which was very appreciated.

The overall communication across every step of the WOW process was seamless: We appreciated the check-ins and follow ups. We would certainly recommend their services and use them again ourselves.

We had a friend start painting our new place but wasn’t able to finish so we needed about half our house painted. We wanted it done ASAP so we could finish moving in and getting settled. We got a quote quickly and within one week the painting was done. The painting looks great and everything was left very clean. I actually did say wow out loud. Leaving cookies was also a nice touch :) would highly recommend the Neil 3 team !

We had a great experience with the Neil 3 Team, who got 3 beautiful coats of paint done in a single day. We were left saying wow in every room!

Update to the review below - unfortunately, I need to revise the review below. While the review below is accurate, several months after the job was ended, I realized that an entire section of the soffit (area under roof overhang) was missed. Picture is attached. In November 2020 I contacted Wow to indicate that the job was not finished and that I would like to arrange a time for it to be completed. Since that time I have sent a dozen plus emails, left phone messages, and sent whatsap messages without having this issue resolved. I have been redirected to service issue phone numbers, been promised calls back, however I have yet to speak to a living person and have not had the painting job completed (it's now July 2021, 9 months after I first contacted Wow). It's been an incredibly disappointing and time consuming experience. I don't fault the original crew because I realize mistakes can happen, but I absolutely fault Wow for their follow up customer service and follow up which has been essentially non-existent.

Unfortunately I would no longer recommend Wow to others. What was a initially a good experience has been completely ruined.

The entire team at Wow was fantastic. From the in-person home visits to get a fair and accurate quote to the work itself, everything was top notch. It was a very long day for the team but the team did in fact finish in one day. Sharlene, Roberto, and Thiago arrived exactly on time, did a quality job, were happy and pleasant even when there were little unexpected bumps in the road, and cleaned up perfectly. Very happy and would recommend to anyone looking for exterior home painting.

Neil, Mat and Scott were efficient, thorough, tidy and very friendly, and Ryan was easy to coordinate with. Altogether a great job at a fair price, office looks good as new.
