I never write reviews but then again I never thought that having a foundation water problem would be a pleasant experience with Ottawa Foundation Contractors! Jason, Lawrence, and company, thanks for everything!

Dispite the fact that we had a lot of rain that caused the schedule to increase in length because the ground was very wet and unsafe to dig, it was finally finished at the very end of Ocotober. Happy with the repairs and would recommend.

I want to thank the staff at OFC for utmost professionalism and timeliness of servicing my request. I had done a lot of research online in the Ottawa area with 3 criteria in mind – price, reputation and staying power. The price was right on target with the competition which led me to reputation. I took to the internet to find details on OFC and competitors… site after site, review after review, it was obvious that OFC is the market leader in this space with respect to customer service, professionalism, price and standing behind their product/service. As with a foundation issue, I want to ensure the warranty I receive is with a company that has staying power and will be around in 10-25 years. Look no further than OFC!

From the onset of the sales process Ziad (General Manager) understood my issues and immediately put in place an action place for resolve. His exceptional knowledge in this space was comforting as anyone with foundation issues can likely attest that there is a heightened level of stress with this type of issue in your home. Within days, the project manager Jason (PM) was in touch and on time dealing with the issues and my various options; It was determined that an interior crack injection was the proper fix barring some other work I needed to complete to solve the water issues – the team was able to help me find a low cost solution and help me understand why water is getting in and other things I can do around the home to combat this issue to avoid issues into the future. The worker who came to do the work was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and professional – completed the work correctly and I am water free!

The entire experience of working with OFC was pleasurable, concise, and informative. Needless to say within days my problem had resolution and OFC relieved my stress immediately. I thank OFC for their hardwork and determination to take care of their customers… immediately. Jason assessed the situation and provided an accurate timeframe and cost. The work was done as requested and there were no additional costs. The crew was helpful and worked very hard and did a few extras to fix my back deck when reassembling it. Thanks to all.

We moved into our home in the summer of 2012 and unfortunately found some evidence of foundation leakage shortly thereafter. We obtained several quotes and decided to go with OFC. They provided a fair estimate, worked with us to find ways to make it affordable given we had just bought a house (we removed and reinstalled the deck boards ourselves) and worked quickly, cleaning up after themselves. Afterwards there was still slight leaking, and they came back at no charge to perform additional repairs from inside the basement, which completely solved the problem. Everyone we worked with were friendly, professional, and we would not hesitate to call them again (although hopefully we never have to!)

I had repairs done on the foundation of my garage about 3 years ago. The worst news any homeowner can ever have is finding out that your foundation needs work. I called a few companies and was most impressed with OFC. I felt comfortable with OFC from the moment Ziad, the GM, took my call to the completion of the work.

Larry was very knowledgeable and had innovative ways of solving the issue. I was very clear that I did not want to take shortcuts on my home. To ensure me that it was going to be a permanent fix, they had licensed engineers inspect the situation and provide reports.

In the end, I got the most cost-effective solution while still ensuring that it would permanently solve my issue while the other foundation companies that I dealt with only offered the most expensive solutions.

Jason, the PM, and the crew doing the work were very professional and knowledgeable and they cleaned up every night. The project was completed according to the original schedule they gave me.

Generally, I was very pleased! I felt comfortable with the solution and thought that the quality of work was excellent.

I've recommended OFC to several of my friends since then and one of them actually had them do some foundation work for their home and were also very pleased with the work.

All in all, I'm very happy that I found them on internet.
