Received a quote by email after a visit to my house to see what needed to be done. Surprisingly there was no discussion, he left after looking at the back windows. Didn't come in the house to see what needed to be done. 2 cleaners showed up on time on the specified day. I was surprised how quickly they cleaned all the windows. When I inspected their work I was shocked. They didn't take the windows and screens out. When I ran a wet paper towel along the screen it was black. I was told that detailed cleaning of screens, removing windows and cleaning frames was not covered under the price I was quoted even though in my request I did include screens and frames. I can't believe anyone would have windows cleaned and not clean screens and frames. They offered to redo them. They did a better job the second time but while they were recleaning, I cleaned the frames myself. They said they needed special equipment. I used a scewer and wet cloth and had no problem getting the dirt. Not sure what special equipment was needed. The next day, the sun was shining and I could see that the windows were streaky and dirty in the corners. When I emailed the owner he was willing to reduce the cost by $50.00. Wasted my money and now am looking for another company to clean them.

Pane in the Glass was contacted with regards to the window cleaning and Eavestrough cleaning excellent work will be calling them again reasonable cost excellent workers they told me they would be at my house at 8:30 a.m and they were at my house on time very punctual. Will be contacting them next year for the window cleaning and in two years the eavestrough cleaning to be done again. Job very well done!
