As an out of town property owner, I really appreciated my dealings with Mike Lee. He had to coordinate all work crews with my tenants, and I felt everything was being handled very professionally. He always kept me up to date with the work with photos, and emails. I had carpet replaced, a new roof, weather stripping on doors, and interiors painted. I also felt his pricing was very reasonable.
