Have been using CityBoxes bins for almost a decade to move around Toronto and eventually out into the burbs. These bins are super sturdy, durable, come spotless (especially important nowadays with COVID); the size is large enough to fit most items and compact enough for movers to move with ease. The price is exceptionally affordable, while the rental terms are flexible. Best part about CityBoxes is Andrew, one of the hardest working men out there, who will accommodate your request, regardless of late notice, uncertain duration, price point, over zealous concierge who wouldn't let him park in the building... He delivers the bins, explains how to use them, picks them up and always with a smile. We have found a place to settle down for a while, but I sincerely hope that when the time does come for us to move again, CityBoxes will be there to help!

Accommodating, Efficient and Gregarious!

This is our second move using City Boxes and it is a game changer being able to roll a stack of boxes vs. lifting them one-at-a-time. What you invest in this service saves your body from potential injury or exhaustion.

Great boxes, great service!

We've used City Boxes for 2 moves now - both times they were excellent to work with.
The boxes are big and easy to use. They stack well and "seal" shut on their own - making it easy to reopen them, if necessary! We really loved that they helped us reduce waste, too - using cardboard boxes for a move always felt wasteful.
The service can't be beat - dropped off and picked up right from our door, with great communication from beginning to end.

Easy, Economical and Simple. CityBoxes delivered all the bins and moving aids required then picked up after our unpacking at the other end.
Moving can be stressful enough but CityBoxes took a lot of stress out of our move with great service and everything we needed. Highly recommended.

Incredible! CityBoxes made our move easy!

Boxes were delivered on time (early actually!) and picked up as soon as we were ready. Our movers also appreciated us having CityBoxes as it was much easier to load and arrange the truck. The boxes were easy to pack, easy to move. No cardboard boxes to breakdown at the end either. Andrew's service was impeccable!

Moving boxes rental

I was having new flooring installed on two floors and had to move all books and other items from the furniture. Andrew advised me how many boxes (plastic bins) I would need (30 boxes plus 2 dollies) and delivered them to my house. I packed everything up and was able to move the boxes around using the dollies. I had rented them for a month but the flooring was completed earlier than expected and Andrew gave me a refund for the unused week. He also gives refunds for any unused boxes. but I used them all. He also came and picked them up promptly. He was very courteous and helpful and I would highly recommend his company to anyone needing good quality, clean plastic bins for moving or renovation work.

Fantastic Experience with CityBoxes

We used CityBoxes for the first time during our most recent move. All I can say is, what was I doing before? The boxes are strong, sturdy, hold a lot and stack nicely into the skate making it extremely easy to move large amounts with ease. Furthermore, they are a much more environmentally friendly alternative to cardboard boxes which was a contributing factor in our decision.

I would strongly recommend CityBoxes to anyone that has a move (big or small) as it will make your life much easier. Just make sure you get a skate as that is the game changer. Will definitely use again in a future move although I hope to stay in our new home for a long time — sorry Andrew.
