Paid for the maintenance plan which had to be paid by December 31 the year before they would book you in no one showed up no one called chased after them for months out $583 wouldn't recommend these Company to anyone

terrible customer service - beware of this company - we'll be filing a claim in small claims court and with the better business bureau - we've been promised our money back for weeks now - no work was done at all despite numerous promises

I thought the cost was a bit high when quoted...its not possible to be more delighted.

Ill never have to do this again, it will be maintained at really a fraction of the cost.

We contracted Woodpro to restore our cedar deck and they did a great job. We were amazed at the end product. We thought our deck needed to be replaced when all it needed was to be cleaned up and treated properly.

I have been a WoodPro client for 13 years. They initially conditioned and sealed my new cedar deck and have been maintaining it on an annual basis. The results have been excellent with but one exception when some peeling occured. The company has been quick to honour their warranty and willl be restoring the affected portions with a re-stripping and re-sealing.
Overall I have found the company owner Ken Dale and his employees to be highly responsive and great to deal with.
