Hot Tub has had numerous issues in first few years. There service and support is none existent. Worst customer service I've ever encountered. WARNING DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!

I would avoid Chris Shaw and Polar Spas. I never once questioned the pricing here, and I bought everything they suggested as they did the original install of the tub. Sadly, the replacement cover was incorrect. No problem right? How about, SORRY? Admit fault and is there anything we can do to help? NOPE. Couldn't care less. Go grab that incorrect one and bring it back. If you want service... This is not the place to end up. There are many other facilities on 99st and I'd suggest you should give them a go. The poor staff that have to work Chris. Really showed his lack of character and business etiquette. Good service is easy to find.

I bought my Bullfrog hot tub from Polar Spas and couldn't be happier. Not only is the product great, the follow up and service has been incredible.

The design of the spa is head and shoulders above other tubs. There aren't a bunch of small hoses inside that could cause plumbing issues in the future as they would with other brands of hot tubs. You need to go to the shop and see the tubs to understand how much better they are.

Also, the jet packs can be moved around to different positions, which I have found handy. I placed my two favourite sets on one side so that I can leave the lid half on and conserve heat.

I like having the tub as it gives my friends and I an excuse to hang out at my place in the evenings. Also, my children play in the tub all of the time. I keep the temperature lower during the daytime in the summer for them and they can cool off while splashing around in it.

I was having pump #2 problems with it turning on intermittently in Spring of 2014....after months of trouble shooting (filters, air block, fuses) with staff, finally determined pump needs to be replaced.... Guess what no records from previous service Dept had to fill out new service request in Oct 2014, then more trouble shooting, then got call from Chris pump on order, then received calls that I had to pay service charge and half for pump as outside warranty period...now the pump finally doesn't turn on at all......The never ending changing story... lack of customer service is crazy bad..............I am sure this is the reason they aren't a dealer for this hot tub manufacture anymore.......

Polar Spas had a great showroom experience. The sales associate Liz helped us find the exact table we were looking for. Liz also helped us get a great deal. Would recommend Polar Spas to get that patio product you are looking for.

We are very happy with our recently purchased Bullfrog spa. Chris and Kaine were very knowledgeable on the product. Kept me notified throughout the shipping and delivery of the purchase. Would highly recommend polar spas to everyone.

My wife & I purchased a Polar Spa two years ago. The main reason we chose to purchase this spa was because of their easy maintenance ozone system. My wife has severe chlorine allergies and cannot be in any pool or spa that uses chemicals. Our overall experience is that the system works very well. Initially there was some misinformation regarding maintenance, however now all of the issues are resolved and my wife & I are very happy with our purchase.

I was most impressed with the service given by the two ladies at Polar Spas, I had been to several other suppliers for products and quotes, and decided on Polar almost right away, due to product knowledge, ability to meet my needs and price and to willingness to assist with delivery and assembly if needed. I look forward to using my new sauna, and to referring my friends.
