Rick and his associate found the problem quickly and efficiently, and kept me in the loop throughout the repair process. They also gave me a four hour window for the service call, but phoned my cell about 45 minutes ahead of time to allow me enough time to return home before they arrived. That permitted me to run some errands during that block, which I greatly appreciated. Will recommend them to friends, and will use them again when needed.
