Rick Appliance Repair

I called Rick as I had a Sears Kenmore Elite OASIS washer for 10 years that started to malfunction with error codes.
I found Rick on homestars, called him, made an appointment and he came right on time on the day he said. He charged a nominal fee for a diagnosis of the washer and made recommendations to either repair it or buy a new one. The cost of the repair would have been high so we decided to buy a new one. Rick was an honest, polite and courteous professional which clearly shows he looks for the customer's best interest. Thanks very much Rick. I would recommend Rick if you have any appliance problems and need an honest opinion and very reasonably priced. Good value for money.
