Rick helped was respectful to my senior parents with regards to repairing their whirlpool washing machine. He listened carefully to what the issue was and I provided the information he required. Rick told me he would diagnose the problem and see if it was worth repairing or suggest getting a new machine. He was able to look at the machine the same day. He was honest and my parents were thrilled he was able to fix it, that the pricing for labour and parts were affordable and he was fair especially to them, seniors (91 years of age) at Christmas where costs are up and some people are taken advantage of.
