As far as I can tell, being a technician for 30 years on everything but refrigeration all I needed was instruction on how the controls worked. I don't believe the module failed but they replaced anyways at inflated parts and labour rates. I will never use your company again and I will definitely not recommend your company.

We did explain on the phone to set your controls and you were saying ,that it's still freezes only that was the option left to replacing the control .no other component.we did our best to satisfy the customers. I m sorry you have different opinions Thanks .have a nice day
