My oven element was broken and when I called Rick he graciously agreed to come that same day. He was quick and got the job done! His prices were also very fair! Thank you Rick!

Rick helped was respectful to my senior parents with regards to repairing their whirlpool washing machine. He listened carefully to what the issue was and I provided the information he required. Rick told me he would diagnose the problem and see if it was worth repairing or suggest getting a new machine. He was able to look at the machine the same day. He was honest and my parents were thrilled he was able to fix it, that the pricing for labour and parts were affordable and he was fair especially to them, seniors (91 years of age) at Christmas where costs are up and some people are taken advantage of. Rick and his son Ravi were on time and very professional. He went over and above when I mentioned the washer water exhaust was producing a smell , he opened and cleaned out the trap and showed me how to do it in the future. I would definitely call them again if we had any appliance issues

Called Rick and within 5 minutes of conversation he correctly diagnosed the problem. Then he went out and bought the part, came over and fixed our fridge. All within 2 hours. Having used Rick before I was not surprised. This is the service level and knowledge that you get with Rick. All at a fair cost.

The knob fell off my washing machine & it was sounding alot noisier in the spin cycle so I called Rick based on his great reviews on Home Stars. He responded right away, was very professional & even asked me the make & model of my machine so he could have any parts on hand prior to coming to save me another service call which I truly appreciated. However, when he looked at my 18 yr old washer he told me the control board & washer bearings were shot & would cost too much to replace so werent worth replacing even though it would have been good money for him to fix it. I truly appreciated his honesty. He even gave me suggestions on what to look for when looking for a new washer based on his experience & repair history. I highly recommend Rick & have plugged his number in my contact list for future reference. He is punctual, reliable, honest & professional. You won't regret giving him your business!

Rick and his helper arrived as planned and quickly got to the issues with our KitchenAid oven and Maytag freezer. Rick was very knowledgeable. We thought the price for the service call, repair and parts was completely reasonable. I would use them again for any of our household appliance repairs.
