I have used Rick's services several times for my rental property. He is reliable, honest, great to deal with and his rates are fair. He has also provided me with maintenance tips and other very useful advice on numerous occasions for my washers, dryers and dishwasher. Fridge was not working Right. Freezer was like summer and fridge was like spring. Saw his name and business on homestar. 60 mins later. Everything is like winter again. Plus gave us some tips how to maintain our a fridge. Will be calling Rick again. Thank you for your assistance

The thermostat broke on my dryer and would not heat the air to dry my clothing. I called Rick and he was able to come and repair it on the same day within hours of my phone call. He called to tell me when he was on his way and arrived promptly soon after. He was very professional and efficient. He quickly fixed the problem and even suggested things I could do to maintain the life of the dryer. I was very pleased with the work he did and would highly recommend him for any appliance repairs.

I called Rick for a non-urgent repair for my basement fridge. In spite of the fact that I wasn't in a hurry he came over a few hours later and was able to diagnose the problem - a blown compressor relay. He had the part and had it fixed in no time. Called Rick after hours, he texted back right away to arrange for a time. Our KitchenAid fridge was leaking from the lower freezer. He called an hour beforehand so I wasn't held up at home waiting for him. He arrived, he explained, he worked and he was done! No mess. Explained how to prevent the problem next time.
