AC Appliance came on time, explained me what was wrong and repair it efficiently. Definitly will recommend them. Also answered few other questions unrelated to this assignment.

Rick came in the first time to verify the issue & told me it's the switch which needed to be replaced. He gave me a quote and got the job done with new parts the next day. Rick changed the burner of this stove 2 years ago. We found him honest & reasonable in price.

Repair done two weeks ago and no issues. Cost of repair reasonable - control board is expensive but nothing anyone can do about that. Would call again if I needed an appliance serviced.

Rick was able to accommodate my busy schedule....he located and fixed the problem right away. I'm so happy I don't have to buy a new dishwasher...Rick also gave me
advice on the best settings for washing. Thank you, again, Rick, for your help!

My electric range oven stopped working and Rick came to look at it. He diagnosed it was the oven control board which cost about $1000 to replace. I couldn't spend that amount on a 13 year old stove. I started to look at new stoves and what I wanted was over $2000 as I usually buy close to the top of the line. The rest of my stove was in perfect working order and shape. I decided to "google " the problem I had and discovered that in many cases the problem could be a relay and not the board. I purchased a replacement relay from the US with a return option for any reason for US$50 including shipping. The new relay worked and the oven is functional again.
I was disappointed that AC was not capable of considering the relay which is external to the board. I thank them however as I did a lot of research and did my own tests on the stove that I now know far more than I knew before. AC staff were courteous at all times even when I phoned them after to tell them I solved the problem. They were punctual for their appointment.
