I used Dave's ducts company in the past and have been satisfied with their service. My 13 year old furnace stopped working, I called Dave, for a service. Dave was very helpful, he took time to troubleshoot the issue with me on the phone first. Then, when it became clear the problem was deeper, Dave had one of his service men, come over. Brendan was very professional, he arrived the same day, did troubleshooting and saw the issue with the furnace heat exchanger. Due to the faulty exchanger, old furnace was no longer operational. Dave provided options and recommended a new furnace, given the state of the old furnace.
Dave and his crew got the old furnace replaced and new furnace was installed the very next day. Clean job, Brendan installed a new air pipe vent as well. Very professional.
Dave offered a 10 year warranty for labor and part on the new furnace. Great work Dave and team. Thank you. Keep up the good work !!!
