We thought we would have to tear out our original "builder grade" pre-finished maple hardwood. But Max and his crew were confident they could give us the results we wanted by sanding, staining, and re-finishing the floors. Although Maple is a difficult wood to work with, the finished product was gorgeous. We went with a medium brown stain and satin finish. The floors look brand new, like custom finished-on-site flooring. Our family and pets were able to remain in the home throughout the process. What was amazing was the "dust-free" method of sanding, which surprisingly was actually dust-free!
We also had Brabus refinish both maple staircases by replacing the outdated spindles, staining the treads and railings to match the new floors, and painting the risers. The result was an updated and fresh look.

Prefinished maple was a bit chalenging to do requires lot more work compare to oak
But with our state of the art equipment we made it look like new again.
Floors turned out completely flat and even with out any waves from sanding.For the stairs we ordered completely customs 4 maple posts match with modern look to get rid of those traditional round posts with a ball at the top.
